Subscription Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
A full refund of the subscription fee is available if requested within 7 days of the subscription activation date.

The 7-day refund window begins from the day the subscription plan is activated, not from the date of payment.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests made after the 7-day period are not eligible.
Refunds will not be provided for any partial subscription periods beyond the initial 7-day window, including cases where the service was used but found unsatisfactory after that period.
Any leads or listings provided during the subscription period before the refund request will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Additional Information
We reserve the right to review and deny refund requests if there are indications of abuse or misuse of the service.
Subscription plans that have been activated and fully utilized (e.g., leads exhausted or listings fully posted) will not be eligible for a refund.
